Hill, as part of a Joint Venture with the Louis Berger Group, provided construction management services to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for work on an FBI field office in Hampton Roads, VA. The project involves the construction of a 132,000 SF, Class-A office building, a parking structure and a visitor screening facility. Hill and Berger managed the pre-design, procurement, design, construction and post-construction phases of the project. This included providing on-site project management for GSA, cost estimating, schedule review, quality assurance and project reporting. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
