Designed to obtain LEED Gold Plus certification, The Gate Mixed-Use Complex features a solar roof, green terraces, sky villas, and a vertical system of gardens and solar heating tubes. The Gate Residence is composed of 1,000 apartment units and includes a health club and spa, fitness center, business center, restaurants and cafe, retail areas, and medical center. The entire roof is a community garden with food gardens, orchards, infinity pools, and a sports area.
