The Bond Building System was employed to construct The East Ridge community in Boynton Beach, FL. The homes were constructed using BBS proprietary components that resulted in hurricane and earthquake resistant homes of approximately 1300 square feet. The structures have a very attractive up-scale appearance with quality interior and exterior finishing details, appliances, landscaping, and brick paver driveways and patios. They very quickly pre-sold and the project was not only a financial success, but it has been recognized as a significant enhancement to the Boynton Beach community.
